Planned Parenthood has reopened a Texas clinic it was forced to shut down more than three years ago after a state law put restrictions on abortion clinics.
The clinic resumed services in Waco less than a year after the Supreme Court struck down Texas’ 2013 anti-abortion law, according to the Associated Press.
