Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. fielded tough questions on a host of issues from Democrats and Republicans on Tuesday during two congressional budget hearings. 

Kennedy testified in back-to-back hearings before both the House Energy and Commerce Committee and the Senate Appropriations Committee, marking the third day of testimony to support President Donald Trump’s fiscal 2027 budget request.
