Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced that the Agriculture Department would spend $70 million on upgrades to school cafeterias, cold storage spaces, stoves, and other equipment to make fresh meals for students.
