HEREFORD, Texas (AP) — A meat packer in the Texas Panhandle has recalled nearly 12 tons of beef trimmings products due to possible E. coli contamination.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture on Thursday night announced the recall involving Caviness Beef Packers in Hereford.
