Iraqi refugee accused of terrorist activity

A Palestinian man residing in Texas has been charged with attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State.

Omar Faraj Saeed Al Hardan, 24, was indicted Wednesday on three counts of attempting to provide support to a terrorist organization, procurement of citizenship or naturalization unlawfully and making false statements, according to FBI documents made available Thursday.
