Florida’s government under Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) announced Thursday it is suing the Biden–Harris administration over its alleged refusal to remove illegal immigrants placed on the state’s voter rolls.

“This shows the lengths that the federal government will go to frustrate states’ efforts to protect our people and enforce our laws in the face of this crushing wave of illegal immigrants being pushed into our country by this administration,” Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody said on Fox News’s Fox and Friends First.
