Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Sunday arrested 72 illegal immigrants at an underground night club run by a suspected Mexican cartel member near Charleston, South Carolina.

During the operation, authorities seized cash, drugs, firearms, as well as six juveniles who were turned over to state social services.
