A third illegal immigrant detained at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facility in Newark, New Jersey, has died shortly after being taken into custody, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
Guatemalan national Jose Chajon-Raxon died after being taken into custody and brought to the facility in what the DHS described as the result of a medical emergency.
