Hundreds of transit workers and supporters gathered outside the Capitol on Thursday, chanting a rallying cry: “Fix it, fund it, make it fair.”
Interstate highways aren’t the only federally funded entities facing cuts if the Highway Trust Fund runs out of money at the end of the summer.
