AI CEOs’ push for regulation is their attempt to keep out competition: Tiana Lowe Doescher

Washington Examiner economics columnist Tiana Lowe Doescher expressed skepticism over why artificial intelligence leaders suddenly want to regulate the market, not fully buying into the idea that “AI will kill us all.”

“Look, I don’t believe this for one second,” Doescher said on Newsmax’s The Right Squad Monday. “Jacob Coxon was at Anthropic for four months. This guy is younger than I am; he’s 27 years old, and he’s saying, ‘It’s going to destroy us all.’ This is basic market manipulation.”
