White House executive chef Cristeta Comerford pulled out her knives and, alongside chef Bobby Flay, bested chefs Mario Batali and Emeril Lagasse on Sunday night on the Food Network’s “Iron Chef America: Super Chef Battle.”
The task at hand was to harvest veggies from the White House kitchen garden and then prepare dishes surrounding them.
First lady Michelle Obama, White House chef Sam Kass and White House executive pastry chef Bill Yosses all made cameos, too.
