A tipster to Gawker said the photo of the congressman in a pink checkered shirt, white jeans and a light blue belt, taken at the vice president’s White House picnic last weekend, is “jamming up the gay staff listserve” on Capitol Hill, reinforcing the idea Schock has become a gay icon.
Schock’s office did not respond to a request for comment.
