Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., spent two leisurely hours in Penn Quarter eating Indian food at Rasika on Thursday night. The two came in (wearing their power suits, naturally) at around 7 p.m. and left around 9.
Last month Yeas & Nays caught Clinton at another well-known Indian place, The Bombay Club, dining with former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. The Bombay Club was a favorite of the Clintons when they lived in the White House.
