Ralph Nader was spotted Friday morning, walking on P Street NW. Our spy noted he was wearing a ball cap, and was sporting a wrist brace as well. He had a Whole Foods reusable grocery bag with him as well, leading our spy to speculate he was on his way to shop for some groceries.
