Tennis great Billie Jean King was in town Monday night and was spotted at Ashok Bajaj’s newest eatery, NoPa Kitchen + Bar in the Penn Quarter neighborhood. King was attending an event for the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition, we’re told. Also spotted was Olympic figure skater Michelle Kwan, who lives in D.C.
