A terrorist attack Wednesday targeted the offices of French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, killing 12 and wounding 10.

While Paris was on high alert and the gunmen have not yet been apprehended, the French turned out by the thousands to support the magazine and victims of the attack.

They weren’t alone.
