Sissy Spacek coming to Sixth & I

Sissy Spacek will in town next month for an event at the Sixth & I Historic Synagogue. The Academy Award-winning actress will be discussing her new memoir, “My Extraordinary Ordinary Life,” with Sara Nelson, books editor at O, the Oprah Magazine, on May 6 at 3 p.m. Spacek’s book begins with her barefoot childhood in East Texas and spans her film career, from the title role in “Carrie” to “The Help.”
