‘Bam!’
Celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse headed a party of nine last week at Blue Duck Tavern’s chef table. Chef Brian McBride sent over his Cincinnati Style Smoked Mettwurst, and the two had a brief chat afterward.
The group was in town for the Metropolitan Cooking & Entertaining Show over the weekend, which also featured Giada De Laurentiis, Bobby Flay and Paula Deen. At the event, Deen was asked about Michelle Obama’s promise to have her to the White House. Deen said she is looking forward to having a hoedown out in the back.
