Chuck Norris has made a career out of punching things, and on Sunday, he reminded Mike Huckabee supporters to punch their ballots for the former Arkansas governor come 2016.
The “Walker, Texas Ranger” actor hosted Huckabee and his supporters at his Texas ranch, and thanked those who had raised a “certain amount for the campaign,” Huckabee spokesman Hogan Gidley told ABC News in an email.
Norris showed the Huckabee faithful “his extensive library, fighting trophies, movie awards [and] an epic gun collection, along with various other pieces of memorabilia,” Gidley said.

The action star has been a fan of Huckabee’s ultra conservative views on issues like the IRS and the Second Amendment for the past decade, and endorsed Huckabee’s first presidential bid in the 2008 election.
Sticking with his man, Norris endorsed Huckabee for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination in May.
“I still believe Mike Huckabee is the most qualified,” the 75-year-old told The New York Times in a statement. “He has the moral clarity and experience to lead our great country forward.”
The two made a campaign video together in 2007 in which Norris praised Huckabee’s politics, and the candidate capitalized on Norris’ special brand of Internet notoriety:
Huckabee, who is currently No. 11 in the Washington Examiner‘s presidential power rankings, is probably hoping this particular Norrisism proves to be prophetic for his presidential prospects: “Chuck Norris doesn’t endorse. He tells America how it’s going to be.”
