The Los Angeles fires caused some $150 billion in damages and killed at least 12 people. Now, we know that it was likely yet another act of left-wing political violence.

The man arrested and charged with setting the fires that eventually burned down the Palisades is Jonathan Rinderknecht. Now, federal prosecutors are saying that Rinderknecht was overcome by hatred of the rich and was obsessed with Luigi Mangione, the alleged left-wing terrorist accused of killing UnitedHealth CEO Brian Thompson in cold blood. According to prosecutors, Uber passengers driven by Rinderknecht described him as “angry, intense, driving erratically, and ranting about being ‘pissed off at the world’ and Luigi Mangione, capitalism, and vigilantism.”
