After poking fun at #hashtag culture with his buddy Justin Timberlake last year, Jimmy Fallon enlisted Jonah Hill to create a sequel for the segment’s “Tonight Show” debut Wednesday.
Just like the original, Fallon and his conversation partner (Hill) hang out on a couch and shoot the breeze, adding ‘hashtag’ motions for flavor. The discussion embarks on many tangents — and awfully long hashtags, even lengthier than those in the Timberlake video.
“Hey, how’s your daughter?” Hill asks at one point, punctuating it with a “#realtalk.”
“She’s great. Actually, we play a lot of games, #pattycake #peekaboo #gotyournose #speakingofIgotyournoseIthinksomebodyplayedthatwithLordVoldemort #justwatchedPrisonerofAzkaban #gettingmywizardon #ProfessorSnape #HarryPotter,” Fallon responds with a particularly absurd flourish, pronouncing “Harry Potter” in the voice of Alan Rickman.
Martin Scorsese makes a brief cameo later in the video. Watch it below.
