Politically-oriented dating apps are nothing new. Bernie Sanders supporters have been giving each other the “Bern” for months now — but for the first time, fans of “the Donald” can “make dating great again.”
Market Watch reported that the new dating site TrumpSingles.com launched on May 16 to help hook up some right-of-center fans of Trump.

David Goss, one of the company’s co-founders, said that he dating can be difficult enough without bringing in politics and said that this could make the process a little easier for Trump supporters.
“I heard a story of a girl on a date who said she supported Trump and the guy got up and walked out, leaving her with the bill,” Goss said to Market Watch. “After that, everything goes awry.”
In the two weeks since it’s launched, more than 100 profiles have been set up across the country.
Trumpsingles.com is a free site, but limits the number of messages a user can send a day to just one unless they pay the $4.95 monthly fee. Goss is hoping to sign up a significant portion of the Republican nominee’s 8.7 million Twitter followers.
For publicity, the founders of BernieSingles.com and Goss had a debate on the merits of dating within your political persuasion.
