President Obama, clearly miffed, upbraided a reporter Tuesday for asking a policy-related question at the White House science fair.

Real Clear Politics’ Alexis Simendinger had asked the president about reports of the U.S. military being authorized to train Syrian rebels when he expressed his displeasure in an otherwise silent room, only peppered with camera shutters.
