Connecticut man arrested for rage over bad haircut

Talk about a bad hair day.

A man named Alan Becker was arrested in Stamford, Connecticut, last Wednesday after he became furious over a haircut he received at a local salon, as reports the Hartford Courant.

According to police, the 47-year-old Becker started screaming and throwing items around the Loft Salon because he was dissatisfied — okay, a little more than dissatisfied — with his haircut.

The Connecticut resident’s anger only heightened when he was informed of the cost of his new cut: $50.

In addition to yelling at individuals in the salon — including patrons — and throwing things, Becker even kicked a hole in the wall of the business.

“He was just very irate about his haircut,” explained Stamford Police Sgt. Kelly Connelly of the incident. “He did not like the way that it was cut.”

Though Becker finally exited the business, he eventually returned and demanded the shop “fix” the hairdo, upon which the owner of the salon called the police.

Becker was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace. He was released from police custody but will need to appear in court to answer for the incident.

Between this guy and North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un, it really hasn’t been a good week in hairstyle.
