And we thought Hollywood liked and respected President Obama.
According to more leaked e-mails Wednesday, Sony Pictures chair Amy Pascal tastelessly employed racial stereotypes to speculate about Obama’s film preferences, as reports BuzzFeed.

Written to movie producer Scott Rudin, Pascal’s messages were sent as she prepared to attend a breakfast fundraiser with the president hosted by DreamWorks Animation head Jeffrey Katzenberg.
“What should I ask the president at this stupid Jeffrey breakfast?” Pascal inquired of Rudin.
“Would he like to finance some movies,” Rudin suggested.
“I doubt it,” Pascal replied. “Should I ask him if he liked DJANGO?”
“12 YEARS,” Rudin said.
“Or the butler. Or think like a man?” responded Pascal, maintaining the trend of only naming movies with race themes or black casts.
“Ride-along,” countered Rudin. “I bet he likes Kevin Hart.”
The irony of the exchange is that Pascal — like much of Hollywood’s elite — is a major Obama donor. In particular, the Sony executive donated $5,000 to the president’s campaign for reelection in 2012 in addition to giving $30,800 to the Democratic National Committee.
Information obtained from Sony Pictures has been sporadically released on sites for hackers and file sharing since the hack occurred on November 24.
The attack was perpetrated by a group identifying itself as Guardians of Peace and is currently being investigated by the FBI.
There exists speculation that North Korea might be responsible for the hack, as the upcoming Sony film “The Interview” has greatly angered officials in the country for making fun of leader Kim Jong Un.
In addition to e-mails, other leaked information has included executive salaries, employee Social Security numbers, movie budgets, and even a few new films.
