Attention: This is not one of Jimmy Fallon’s lip dub videos. President Barack Obama really did take the stage and sing with Willie Nelson Thursday.
Obama’s performance was a part of a concert for the troops at the White House was hosted Thursday and broadcast on PBS on Friday night.

Obama closed out the hour-long performance by introducing Nelson, who was on stage with singers like Mary J. Blige, Common and John Fogerty.
“I think it is fair to say that we need to finish up with somebody who knows a little bit about music, knows a little bit about America and loves our troops: Mr. Willie Nelson,” Obama said.
“”Willie says I’m going to have to sing with him. So I’ll try it out,” he contined.
Michelle Obama joins them on stage halfway to show off her dance moves. Obama claps along for most of the song, but can be heard singing near the end.
