Time Magazine announced that Republican frontrunner Donald Trump won the Democratic presidential debate, on social media anyway.
Trump live tweeted during most of the debate and his commentary was a hit.

Voactiv compiled data that showed gained about 60,000 Twitter followers halfway through the debate–more than all the Democratic candidates, including Hillary Clinton who gained 15,000 and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) who added 50,000 between his two accounts.
Former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley, former Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chafee, and former Virginia Sen. Jim Webb gained 6,600, 1,600, and 3,300 followers, respectively.
