The 2016 election is the most important election in American history, except for Kim Kardashian’s Twitter poll.
Monday’s Iowa Caucus brought out a record breaking 182,000 Republicans and 171,00 Democrats.

The huge 353,000 person turnout was still nothing compared to the 439,000 Kardashian fans who voted in the reality star’s Twitter poll about the name of the new Kanye West album.

Just a reminder: more people voted in Kim Kardashian’s twitter poll today than in the Iowa Caucuses https://t.co/EqNUQ9lwdb

It’s not exactly a fair comparison considering that the state of Iowa only has a population 3.1 million people and the Kardashian was able to pull from the entire Twitter universe, especially her own 39.9 million followers.
Nonetheless, it wouldn’t be surprising if more millennials could name the five Kardashian sisters — six if you count Kris — than can name five members of the Supreme Court (not including Judge Judy).
