What’s behind Biden and Harris's Supreme Court 'reform' plan?

As he exits stage left, President Joe Biden has proposed a three-point plan to rein in the Supreme Court, the branch of government that the Left increasingly considers a “threat to democracy.”

The proposal calls for limiting the terms of Supreme Court justices to 18 years, imposing an “enforceable” code of ethics on the court, and amending the Constitution to overturn Trump v. United States, the recent court ruling clarifying the extent to which presidents can claim immunity from prosecution for acts taken while in office.
