The home, constructed in 1822, was initially listed in 2016 on Zillow at the estimated value of $656,957. That value has grown significantly over five years and is now valued at $1,031,401.

The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms across 2,500 square feet and features a river rock fireplace that stretches from the floor to the ceiling, a hot cocoa tap, and a gourmet oven with 12 cookie settings.

The property has the main cabin, nearby elf houses, a toy-making facility, a sleigh garage, and reindeer stables, according to the listing.

Although Santa’s winter home is not actually for sale, anyone can go on a virtual tour of the holiday home and catch sight of Santa’s new puppy, his original sewing desk where he made the first teddy bear, and more.
