Our spies spotted singer Seal checking into the Renaissance Hotel on 9th Street on Tuesday. The crooner was in town for his Music of Seal on Ice performance at the Verizon Center later that night.
Alas, he appeared to be alone: It doesn’t seem as if his wife, supermodel and “Project Runway” host Heidi Klum, made the trip with him. She must be too busy telling aspiring designers, “Auf Wiedersehen.”
» Also spotted around town: CIA Director Michael V. Hayden was spotted at Rasika on Saturday, as was Mayor Adrian Fenty. Both tried the palak chaat as a starter, says a restaurant spokeswoman.
