Olympic medalists running amok in Washington

That was PhRMA Executive Vice President Ken Johnson having dinner Monday night at Bistro Bis with four-time Olympic Gold Medal diver Greg Louganis. And Johnson was scheduled to have dinner at Oceanaire Seafood Room Tuesday with two more gold medalists — swimmer Mark Spitz and decathlete Bruce Jenner.

Why so many Olympians? All three are starring in episodes of PhRMA’s new TV show, “Sharing Miracles.” (Louganis taped Tuesday and Spitz and Jenner tape today.)

The show tells the stories of notable figures who are dealing with disease. Louganis is HIV-positive, Spitz has high cholesterol and Jenner has attention deficit disorder and dyslexia. (Jenner is also L.A. party gal Kim Kardashian’s stepfather, but we’re not sure if that’s a treatable condition. We kid.)

Past shows have featured Debbie Gibson,Joe Pantoliano and Tony Snow.
