Libertarian presidential candidate Bob Barr is apparently the king of odd calls.
“I have had so many strange phone calls,” he told Yeas & Nays recently. “I still do. I get weird calls based off of my work in the CIA, my projects when I was a prosecutor, and people still think I am in Congress.”
