NEW YORK (AP) — Chicago Bulls guard Richard Hamilton was suspended one game without pay by the NBA on Saturday for hitting Toronto’s DeMar DeRozan the previous night.

With about 5½ minutes remaining in the third quarter of the Raptors’ 97-88 win on Friday, Hamilton hit DeRozan in the face with his elbow. Hamilton was whistled for a Flagrant 2 and ejected.
