Dan Snyder now wants to extend deeper into Hollywood, possibly buying Miramax. Hmmm, maybe that’s why the Redskins haven’t spent more in free agency. OK, maybe it’s not. We don’t know.
But we do know some movies he should make, or remake:
Recommended Stories
Kindergarten Ninja 2 » Starring Vinny Cerrato. The ex-Redskins football boss will play a character based off Fredo in the Godfather, simply so he can say, “I can handle things, I’m smart.” (Thank you, Rick Snider). Don’t forget, Cerrato “starred” in the first Kindergarten Ninja. Google it; it’s not a comedy, but provides a helluva laugh.
Gone in 60 Seconds (remake) » The Marty Schottenheimer story. Some who covered Schottenheimer would say another good title for this story would be, “True Lies II.” But we’ll opt for the other title because it best describes his era.
Clueless 2 » The Steve Spurrier story. A chance to recall the time when Spurrier was told before the third preseason game that only one player had not yet played. To which Spurrier replied, “He hasn’t? How come?” Oh, the memories.
Forrest Gump 2 » The Jim Zorn story. The man just happens to be in the right place at the right time, when a team can’t find another coach. Zorn then meets a lot of cool people and goes biking with the president. Based on a true story.
Get Shorty (remake) » Do we really need to explain this one? OK, The Burgundy Revolution’s tactics force small but powerful owner Dan Snyder to change his ways. There’s a happy ending, for now.
