Grover Norquist and his colleagues at Americans for Tax Reform have sent their annual holiday card, which stays, shall we say, on message.

“Wishing you health, happiness and tax cuts in the New Year,” comes the greeting.

But the real conversation piece is on the inside left panel, which provides ATR’s “Naughty” and “Nice” lists for the year.

Among the naughty ones: Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley (for “ramming through over $1 billion in tax increases”); California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (for trying “to skirt the supermajority requirement for tax increases by calling his proposed tax hike a ‘fee.’ True Lies, huh?”); House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (for “attempting to TEMPORARILY patch the Alternative Minimum Tax with a PERMANENT tax increase. Among other things.”); and Warren Buffett, who testified in favor of the death tax.

On the nice list: Anti-tax warriors like Reps. Paul Ryan, Jeff Flake and Eric Cantor, Sens. Tom Coburn and Jim DeMint and … Whoopi Goldberg?!?!?!

Yes, the fiscal conservatives like her statement on “The View” that “If I give something to my kid and I already paid the tax, why do I have to pay it again because I died?”

The card also helpfully provides a list of countries with a flat tax, states with no income tax and states with a flat tax.
