So, D.C. United (0-3-0) is getting unceremoniously crushed to start the week, both by Steve Davis on his blog and Jeff Carlisle via his Soccernet.com MLS rankings. Whether or not one totally agrees with their comments, it certainly is fun to pile on when a team is stinking up the joint, eh?
So where do United’s biggest problems lie? With head coach Curt Onalfo? With the roster built for him by the D.C. front office? With the fragile and disintegrating back line? With the lack of a central midfield presence? With zippy production from forwards not named Jaime Moreno?
