Kings coach Darryl Sutter said Friday that Richards’ return was still doubtful. However, Richards skated on Saturday morning, and Sutter placed his chances of playing at “50-50.”
Richards then warmed up with the team and was listed in the lineup for the game. His return comes at a pivotal time for the Kings, who trailed the best-of-seven series 3-1. Richards leads the club with eight postseason assists.
