Yes, that was Jennifer Lopez, surrounded by security (oh, come on, J-Lo: “On the 6” was eight years ago!), sporting a white hooded sweat shirt as she entered Georgetown’s Ritz Carlton hotel through a side door at 6 a.m. Thursday.

Lopez and hubby Marc Anthony (and their touring buses) made the trip down from Connecticut for their show at the Verizon Center tonight. She rebuffed one autograph seeker, simply stating, “Later.”
Good timing, too: Lopez’s former love interest, Ben Affleck, will be in town next week with brother Casey for a screening of their upcoming film, “Gone Baby Gone.” Considering that Affleck recently said that dating J-Lo was probably bad for his career, that’s one Georgetown street encounter that could get ugly.
