“The media is more worried about Trumps campaign manager holding back a stalker with force than they are about Hillary’s true crimes and deceit!” Jones wrote in a post on Facebook. “REALLY???”

Trump’s campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, has been at the center of media attention since being charged with simple battery for allegedly grabbing a reporter’s arm in Florida. Such an act of “actual and intentional touching” carries with it a misdemeanor charge in the state.

Jones, who ultimately agreed to an $850,000 out-of-court settlement with the former president, said she “liked” Trump in a February interview with Inside Edition. Trump has reciprocated that fondness, saying in December that he was going to highlight Clinton’s “abuse of women … whether it’s Monica Lewinsky or Paula Jones, or any of them.”
