Va. Beach planners reject giant Ferris wheel

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (AP) — Virginia Beach planners have rejected a company’s proposal to erect a giant Ferris wheel at the Oceanfront.

Koch Development Co. wants to build a SkyWheel that would be 200 feet tall and 180 feet in diameter.
