The 34-year-old, who has not released an album since January 2016’s Anti, has spent most of the last decade growing her business empire rather than on tour. Her last public performance was at the Grammy Awards in early 2018. She welcomed her first baby, a boy, with boyfriend A$AP Rocky in May last year. “The wait is over,” however, with the music icon making her grand return on one of the world’s biggest stages.

While thousands of Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles fans opted to “shut up and drive” to see their respective teams face off at the State Farm Arena in Glendale, Arizona, on Sunday for the big game, millions of people tuned in just to see Rihanna’s highly anticipated performance.
The superstar donned an entirely red look, which showed off a burgeoning baby bump, while surrounded by dozens of dancers clad in matching white ensembles to contrast her look. Reps for Rihanna, whose full name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, confirmed the news of her pregnancy after the performance.

Standing in the center of a moving stage, the music icon began her performance with her hit song “B**** Better Have My Money.” She then went on to sing portions of: “Where Have You Been,” “Only Girl (In The World),” “We Found Love,” “Rude Boy,” “Work,” “Wild Thoughts,” “Pour It Up,” “Umbrella,” and “Diamonds.”
