CNN host Don Lemon proposed radically changing the U.S. political system to take power away from the “minority” vote in the country.

During the hand-off before his show Monday night, Lemon debated fellow network host Chris Cuomo by arguing Democrats should push to eliminate the Electoral College, which would require a constitutional amendment. Lemon said such a feat was possible if Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden wins the presidency and Democrats “stack the courts.”
