A police investigation has cleared Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) of domestic violence accusations from her ex-husband after his arrest following a restaurant altercation Saturday.
The Associated Press reported Boebert’s ex-husband, Jayson Boebert, was arrested Tuesday for third-degree criminal trespass, criminal obstruction, and disorderly conduct, all related to the Miner’s Claim restaurant incident in Silt, Colorado, but he was released the same day.
