NY man arrested on DWI charge after fatal crash

SMITHTOWN, N.Y. (AP) — Police say a Long Island man has been arrested on a drunken-driving charge after a crash that killed the driver of the other car.

The accident happened just before 4 a.m. Saturday in Smithtown.
