The Community College of Baltimore County School of Health Professions honored 470 students completing degree and certificate programs this spring at its annual student recognition ceremony.
Patricia Jacobs, of Nottingham, Tonya Thomas, of Loch Raven, and Cecilia Mambo, of Essex, were recognized as outstanding practical nursing students.
