Ex-cop killed in crash at New York intersection

GREECE, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say a former Rochester police officer injured on the job as a rookie 13 years ago has died in a two-car collision while being rushed to a hospital.

Police in the suburban town of Greece tell local media that 43-year-old Felicia Gilchrist had a medical emergency late Tuesday night and was being driven to the hospital by her father when his car collided with another at an intersection.
