INDIANAPOLIS (Legal Newsline) – Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller filed a lawsuit Monday against Peter Tolman of California and his company, Leads Direct Telemarketing, for allegedly making automatic telemarketing calls to Indiana residents registered on the Do Not Call list.
