Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) warded off speculation about whether he pressured California Attorney General Rob Bonta to settle with Paramount Skydance over the company’s merger with Warner Bros. Discovery.
“I didn’t pressure anybody,” Newsom told reporters on Wednesday.
