In an interview with “60 Minutes” set to air Sunday evening, Donald Trump blamed the rise of the Islamic State on Hillary Clinton and President Obama.

“Hillary Clinton invented ISIS with her stupid policies. She is responsible for ISIS,” Trump said. “She led Barack Obama, because I don’t think he knew anything. I think he relied on her.”
